No. We don’t believe in locking clients into contracts. Our subscription plans are flexible and commitment free. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime, we just ask for reasonable notice.
Yes. As a thank you for your ongoing commitment, subscribers receive:
A free Deep Clean every 6 months (Weekly & Fortnightly Cleans).
Appliance reset clean (Dishwasher, Washing Machine) every 6 months (Monthly Cleans).
Priority booking
Yes, we offer one-off services such as deep cleans, refresh cleans, bond cleans, and more. These are ideal for spring cleaning, events, inspections, or getting back on track.
Keep in mind, subscribers receive better value per clean, as well as access to bonuses and ongoing care.
Yes, absolutely! We offer a bathroom only option. Whether you're after a one-off refresh or a regular bathroom service, we’re happy to help. Just let us know what you need when booking.
Yes. All new subscription clients are required to begin with an initial deep clean. This allows us to bring your space up to standard and ensures our regular maintenance cleans are as effective and efficient as possible.
The initial deep clean is non-negotiable and is charged separately. It also gives us the opportunity to assess your space, understand your needs, and set the tone for the ongoing service.

Our standard subscription clean includes:
General tidy and surface cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and removing rubbish
Spot-checking and attention to frequently used spaces
We tailor each clean to your space and your priorities.

A deep clean provides extra attention to detail, especially in areas that are often overlooked:
Skirting boards, window sills, and high dusting
Cleaning behind appliances (where accessible)
Built-up grime in kitchens and bathrooms
It’s perfect for first-time visits, resets, or homes that need a little extra care.

For subscription clients, invoices are issued monthly in advance or automatically deducted from your bank or card on agreement. Payments are due prior to the first clean of the month to secure your spot on the schedule. For one-off services and initial deep cleans, payment is required upfront or by the day of service.
We accept bank transfer and other secure payment methods, details will be provided in your service agreement or confirmation email.
